From the Minnaar Art Library to Your Personal Treasury
Live With Art. Discover What You Love. Make It Yours.
The Minnaar Art Library offers a unique opportunity to experience fine art in your own home or workplace.
Select an eligible artwork, place a refundable deposit equal to its Sovereign Value, and enjoy living with it.
As your interests evolve, you may return the work, exchange your Library selection for another eligible artwork, or inquire about acquiring it permanently.
When you discover an artwork you wish to own, we can arrange its permanent acquisition by mutual agreement.
Your existing Library deposit may be applied toward the acquisition. Ownership and its associated Certificate of Authenticity are transferred to you, and the transaction is recorded in the Minnaar Catalogue.
The artwork then becomes part of your personal Minnaar Treasury, with the established privileges of ownership and exchange.

Start With One Minnaar
Every remarkable collection begins with a single acquisition.
You might begin with a 1 SV Sovereign Impression, a signed photographic print, an original drawing, or a miniature Artcard.
Perhaps you'll discover a painting or sculpture through the Minnaar Art Library that you would like to own permanently.
Each acquisition adds something distinctive to your personal collection.
Some collectors favor particular artists, subjects, or media. Others enjoy discovering whatever appeals to them.
Collect slowly or build a substantial Treasury. Keep works that bring you pleasure, share them with others, or exchange eligible pieces as new interests develop.
A single Minnaar is enough to begin.
Sovereign Value — The Freedom to Exchange
Every registered Minnaar carries a Sovereign Value (SV) that I personally establish through my artistic judgment.
1 SV = 1 Troy Ounce of Silver
Sovereign Value represents the exchange value I am willing to accept for an artwork and would willingly offer in other Minnaar Money to acquire it.
This common standard connects the Minnaar Art Library, the Catalogue, and personal Minnaar Treasuries.
SV establishes the refundable silver deposit for eligible Library checkouts, provides a reference for permanent acquisitions, and enables exchanges between eligible registered artworks.
As the owner of a Minnaar, you may exchange it for one or more available, eligible Minnaars of equal total Sovereign Value.
For example:
- Exchange one 20 SV drawing for two available 10 SV Treasury Editions.
- Exchange two 10 SV Treasury Editions for one available 20 SV original drawing.
- Combine five 20 SV drawings toward one available 100 SV original painting or sculpture.
You may also combine artworks of different SV amounts toward a work of greater Sovereign Value.
Each exchange is recorded in the permanent Minnaar Catalogue, preserving the individual identity and history of the artworks involved.

1. Acquire an Artwork You Love
Explore the Minnaar Catalogue and discover original creations and personally selected works.
Inquire about acquiring an available artwork or the possible release of a work held in the Minnaar Treasury.
Each completed acquisition adds another registered Minnaar to your personal collection.
2. Discover Art Through the Library
Check out eligible artwork through the Minnaar Art Library and experience the pleasure of living with it.
When you find something you would love to own, inquire about permanent acquisition.
Your Library experience may become the beginning of a lasting personal collection.
3. Join the Sovereign Circle
Become a patron of my independent artistic work while building your personal Minnaar Treasury.
Choose a voluntary monthly collecting commitment from 1 to 100 SV.
Each month, I personally select Minnaars totaling your chosen Sovereign Value. These artworks become part of your collection, available to enjoy, gift, preserve, and exchange.
Your patronage also supports the advancement of Sovereign Individualism through art.
